Upgrades to the Contra Costa Water District\u2019s Shortcut Pipeline were made to ensure reliable long-term water supply. The improvements include new gravel roads for better access; replacement of critical isolation valves, air release valves, and blow-off assemblies; new slide gate between the pipeline and canal; and worker safety features. Smith-Emery provided field testing, inspection and laboratory testing for materials.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-67ef816
