This state-of-the-art parking structure has earned LEED® Gold certification adhering to “The City of Santa Monica Green Building Design and Construction Guidelines.” With eleven levels and 744 parking spaces, a pedestrian walkway on each level provides access to a cascading staircase. With 7,000 square feet of retail space, the structure features an impressive, all glass, 18’ storefront façade with light reflecting triangular panels that allow direct light into the space. Solar energy is generated through a photovoltaic array on the roof.
