Smith-Emery is currently providing services like staff augmentation for Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA). To accommodate the ever-increasing airport traffic, LAX is undergoing a multi-billion dollar renovation and upgrade of its facilities.

The 192,000-square-foot facility has parking for 443 cars, and a 17,360-square-foot subterranean plant with 3,000-square-feet of office space on the mezzanine level.
Eight buildings encompass an entire city block at 350 8th Street at Harrison Ave. The five and six-story buildings contain 410 residential units with four distinct floorplans.
