The Courthouse is a 10-story, 633,000-square-foot building, located on a prominent block in the city’s Civic Center neighborhood.
The structure at SFIA is a dramatic 860’ long “winglike” roof that presents its profile to cars arriving on the access road while soaring 60 to 90’ above the floor of a cavernous ticketing hall.
Long Beach Airport received a $15.1 million federal grant to provide upgrades and renovations to runways at the airport. The renovations improved airport safety with repavings, new markings and upgraded lighting systems.
The satellite concourse, estimated at $1.3B, will be a remote facility initially served by a passenger access tunnel connection to the Bradley West Terminal and eventually connectedby an automated people mover system (APM).
Southwest has revamped its LAX home. Upgrades include a more open ticketing lobby, an an automated system to handle checked bags and numerous structural improvements.
