The striking seven-floor, 280,000-square foot hospital was constructed to meet the new stricter, seismic safety standards mandated by the State of California.
This 1900-unit apartment development was developed in three phases and consists of 4 residential buildings, occupying an entire city block in the heart of San Francisco’s Mid-Market district.
The project consists of three buildings that total 548 residential units and 18,000 square feet of neighborhood retail over a 3-level subterranean parking structure.
This ultramodern, 40-story residential high rise building totals 470,000 square feet with 283 units.
The Gas Company Tower is an award-winning, 52-story Class A architectural landmark in the Los Angeles skyline.
The US Bank Tower was formerly the Library Tower and First Interstate Bank World Center. The 73-story seismically engineered building (the tallest west of Chicago) is based on a matrix of overlapping and concentric geometries.
