Presidio Parkway is the first public-private partnership transportation project delivered in the state of California, and serves as the gateway between the Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco.
The expanded On Dock Rail at Pier-T at the Port of Long Beach now offers 16 tracks totaling more than 100,000 linear feet and can accommodate 174 railcars.
Construction is underway on the first high-speed rail system in the nation. With speeds capable of over 200 miles per hour, the trip between San Francisco and Los Angeles will take about 3 hours. Construction on this leg will be completed by 2029.
