This is Phase II in the College’s Master Plan to completely replace its 235,066-square-foot main building, originally built in 1979. The renovations are a landmark undertaking by the college to revamp its entire entry to the campus. For this phase, a new, three-story Student Engagement Center building will replace half of the existing space within the main building, which houses student service functions, interdisciplinary classrooms, and administrative offices. Slated for LEED Gold Certification, the project scope also includes site demolition and reconstruction of the front entry and campus.
