Eight buildings encompass an entire city block at 350 8th Street at Harrison Ave. The five and six-story buildings contain 410 residential units with four distinct floorplans: flats, lofts, flex units (with attached garage spaces), and two-story townhomes. The ground floor features 22,000 square feet of office and retail space, art studios, restaurants, cafés, a public park, and outdoor spaces. The project also includes subterranean parking.
