El Camino Hospital is a non-profit hospital built more than 50 years ago. Smith-Emery worked with the hospital on several retrofit and expansion projects over the past decade. Currently, we are providing inspection services for three new projects: a 54,000 square-foot, two-story Behavioral Health Building made of steel and concrete; a seven-story Integrated Medical Office Building with an adjacent 240-space parking structure; and an expansion of the North Drive Parking Structure.
