The expansion of the four-story parking structure adds approximately 300 spaces to the campus. Both the existing garage and the addition features photovoltaic panels, which will reduce energy demand for the facility while providing shade for cars parked on the top level. Smith-Emery provided  concrete sampling, rebar placement, post-tension and metal inspections for the concrete cast-in-place structure.
