The mixed-use complex covers 4.7 acres on the former Columbia Studio lot. The project, 125,000 square feet of new construction, includes a 200-unit residential tower and two low rise office buildings. There is 12,000-square-feet of retail space and subterranean parking. Three historic buildings were repurposed into creative, incubator space.
