The project consists of three buildings that total 548 residential units and 18,000 square feet of neighborhood retail over a 3-level subterranean parking structure. The project features a 55-story tower, two podium buildings, and a publicly accessible mid-block paseo. The residential program includes 118 luxury condominiums, 280 market-rate apartments and 150 affordable apartments.
