This ultramodern, 40-story residential high rise building totals 470,000 square feet with 283 units. The building is covered in a striking glass skin and creates an architecturally bold presence that forms the new gateway to Century City. The two-story base at the pedestrian level is designed to blend in well with the neighboring buildings. As Century City’s first multifamily high-rise to achieve LEED Gold, Ten Thousand was made of materials with a combined recycled content of over 20%.
